Moussa Niang is Senegalese. Nicknamed Moussa Diabaté, adopted by Toumani Diabaté‘s family and lead singer of Toumani Diabaté & the Symmetric Orchestra, he has accompanied some of Mali’s greatest musicians and shared the stage with Bassekou Kouyaté, among others.
